Huiyun Environment Invited to Attend IMPACT 2022 Summit on EHS and Sustainable Development

On August 26, 2022, the IMPACT 2022 EHS and Sustainable Development Summit, co-hosted by Shanghai Huiyun Environment, successfully concluded in Chengdu.

The summit showcased cutting-edge technologies and market insights in the industry's ecological chain through various forms such as keynote speeches, product displays, and practical case sharing.

The conference invited 12 experts who contributed exciting speeches on topics such as opportunities and trends in EHS, sustainability, and digitization in the post-pandemic era; insights and compliance practices regarding regulatory changes in 2022; and a special agenda on health and safety.

Huiyun's Keynote Speech

In the health and safety special agenda of this summit, Huiyun Environment's acoustic consultant, Jin Yuqi, delivered a keynote speech titled "Facing the Arrival of the New Noise Law, How Should Industrial Enterprises Respond?".

Drawing on years of experience in the noise and vibration control industry, acoustic consultant Jin Yuqi analyzed the background of the new "Noise Pollution Prevention and Control Law," starting from the new definition of "noise pollution." She focused on interpreting the regulatory content for the expansion of noise in industrial enterprises, aiming to pollutant discharge permits from ecological environmental departments and ensure the normal production of industrial enterprises. Based on the relevant national standards that industrial enterprises must follow regarding noise, she introduced the characteristics and nature of industrial noise pollution. Subsequently, targeted noise reduction measures were proposed to help industrial enterprises respond more effectively to the new environmental protection situation.

In the production process of most global industrial enterprises, there is a common purging process. This process involves transferring different types of compressed gases to a fixed area, releasing high-pressure gases to achieve purposes such as drying, cooling, cleaning, and organizing components.

However, commonly used purging products in the current market often face various issues, including significant noise interference (with some equipment measuring up to 115 decibels), energy waste, and more. Leveraging years of experience in noise reduction, Huiyun Environment, in collaboration with renowned domestic universities such as Shanghai Jiao Tong University and SMDERI, has developed a series of low-noise products specifically for compressed air purge. Notably, products like low-noise air spray guns, low-noise air knives, and solenoid valve mufflers exhibit remarkable noise reduction effects. These products feature source control, ultra-low noise, ultra-low energy consumption, and high safety.

On-site Business Negotiation

The booth showcasing Huiyun Environment's low-noise products at the event attracted a crowd of business owners. Many expressed enthusiasm for the low-noise products, and on-site staff introduced the products to business owners. The response was enthusiastic, with many business owners placing orders for sample testing.
